Traveling with a dog? State Line Campground is a pet-friendly RV park near Morgantown, WV, where your four-legged crew is genuinely welcome. We are a small, family-owned campground on 186 Cliff Rd in Blacksville, right on the West Virginia and Pennsylvania line, with quiet, wooded grounds and plenty of room for a walk. Owners Dana and Rod live five minutes away and look after the place personally.
Along with pet-friendly sites, we offer a dog-walking service — handy if you are on a long work shift or want your pup looked after while you are out for the day. Every site is a full hookup with 30 and 50 amp power, so it is an easy, comfortable base whether you are here for a weekend, a job, or a longer stay with the whole family, dog included.
There is space to stretch legs right on the grounds, and Mason-Dixon Historical Park nearby has trails along the water that are great for a longer walk. Morgantown is about 30 minutes east on WV Route 7 if you need a vet, a pet store, or supplies.

Bringing your dog
We keep it simple: pets stay leashed on the grounds, and we ask that you clean up after them so the campground stays nice for everyone. Let us know when you call that you are bringing a dog — we will put you on a site with room, and tell you about the dog-walking service if you want it.
