State Line Campground is open 365 days a year — including all winter. A lot of campgrounds in West Virginia shut down after the warm season, but we do not, which makes us a dependable year-round and winter RV camping base near Morgantown. We are a small, family-owned campground on 186 Cliff Rd in Blacksville, on the WV/PA line, run by Dana and Rod who live five minutes from the grounds.
Winter does not stop the work around here — gas, pipeline, and energy crews keep going, and traveling nurses are on contract all year. Our full-hookup sites (30 and 50 amp) stay open through the cold months, firewood is free and delivered to your site, laundry is free, and the bathhouse has hot showers. It is a practical, quiet place to ride out a winter job or a cold-weather trip.
